Some main features are:
• Gravimetric filling and dosing of liquids and semi-solids.
• Filling capacities from a few kg to 1500kg.
• Semi-automatic or fully-automatic filling systems including handling and transport.
• Applicable in either safe or hazardous areas (ATEX certified).
• Available with top, neck-entry or bottom filling to cope with non-foaming or foaming products.
• With either manual, pneumatic or motorized height adjust of the filling nozzle to allow different sized containers on the same production line.
• Systems with fixed position, single direction (X) or bi-directional (XY) fill head movement.
• Equipped with pneumatic brakes to lock the nozzle preventing the risk of spillage.
• Two-stage filling (coarse and fine feed) and automatic target compensation ensure accurate and repeatable filling.
• Indicators feature multi-ranging and/or up to three stage automatic variable resolution.
• With (belt or roller) conveyors for the automation of the packaging/production line.
• Lidding, capping and labeling systems can be integrated.
• Automatic tare control available to check and cope with residues.
• Our filling systems meet most stringent food hygiene, pharmaceutical and/or chemical regulations. (Program controlled nitrogen purge facility available as an option)
• All contact parts can be manufactured from grade 316L stainless steel (grade 304 standard) with PTFE seals and tubing. In case of highly corrosive products PVDF contact parts can be applied.
• With automatic drip tray and lance wipe ring to prevent product spillage and contamination.
