Big Bag Filling - Weighing Station

Some main features are:
− Weighing and bagging capacity up to 1500 kg.
− With fully electronic or hybrid weighing technique (unique Servo Balans Weighing System)
− Hybrid version available with an integral vibration table and induced vibrations pack the product better and ensure more efficient filling. This vibration system can be switched on/off during the filling, while both amplitude and frequency can be set to optimize filling efficiency.
− The suspender frame can be equipped with manual or pneumatic operated hooks.
− Rear hooks move towards front to ease hanging the bags (option).
− Systems are available for big bags with either 1, 2 or 4 lifting loops.
− Frame height adjustable by manual or hydraulic means (comes with telescopic filling pipe)
− Pipe bag connection with inflatable bellow.
− With blower and/or extraction system to inflate bag, extract air or de-dust.
− Motor driven roller conveyor systems available for bags on pallets, with optional a pallet
storage device
− System can be delivered in painted steel or stainless steel (class 304 or 316)
− ATEX certified systems for hazardous areas
− Programmable weighing terminals (serial, Ethernet or Profibus output) with powerful
process algorithms and calculating routines, including (filling) statistics.
